You must be at least 13 years old to use MRR Wars. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under the laws of your jurisdiction.
You may create an account using an email address and password, or via Google or X (Twitter) OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with anyone.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You may not create multiple accounts to gain an unfair game advantage ("multi-accounting"). Each person is permitted one active account.
You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behaviour, attempt to exploit or cheat the game, or harass other players.
Upon deletion, your account data including username, email, game stats, and holdings will be permanently removed. Subscription access will not be refunded for the remaining billing period upon voluntary deletion.
MRR Wars is playable at no charge under the Free tier. Certain features are restricted to paid subscribers.
We offer optional paid subscription plans with enhanced features. Current plan names, pricing, and feature details are listed on our pricing page. Prices are in USD and subject to change with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. We do not store your payment card details — all billing information is managed by Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Billing" option in your Profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
If a recurring payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved. Stripe will attempt to recover the payment according to its retry logic.

All content on MRR Wars — including but not limited to the game design, source code, graphics, text, trademarks, and game mechanics — is owned by MRR Wars or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Startup names, logos, and revenue data are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational and entertainment purposes under fair use principles. MRR Wars is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the startups featured in the game.
Your username and any content you provide (such as your X/Twitter handle or LinkedIn URL) remain yours. By providing them, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display them within the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Game data, leaderboard positions, and in-game balances may be reset, adjusted, or lost due to technical issues, server maintenance, or at our discretion for balancing purposes.
Any startup revenue figures displayed are sourced from TrustMRR and may not be accurate, current, or complete. They are provided for entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for any real-world financial decisions.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MRR WARS AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
